Pike+Pham PR & Marketing, formerly Pike & Company, is a San Francisco-based professional public relations and marketing communications firm that provides research, strategies, and implementation for public relations and marketing services. Dedicated to serving each of our clients based on their own individual needs, we work closely with them to meet their marketing goals and to overcome any special challenges that may pertain to their industry. 

Our firm has a unique passion and reputation for all things real estate, including commercial, residential, mixed-use development, related professional and creative services, and firms in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

We are dedicated to working closely with each of our clients to meet their marketing goals and increase their awareness, credibility, and market presence. We are able to do this by identifying key messages and informing and educating target audiences with opportunistic initiatives and strategic campaigns across a variety of media channels.

Who We Are

The senior-led team of skilled marketing communications specialists at Pike+Pham possesses deep knowledge of and acumen into the real estate industry, born of four decades of industry experience. We are known for producing distinctive, effective public relations and marketing programs for our clients that deliver results and show a commitment to quality, insight, and innovation. We have represented many well-respected companies in the Bay Area and beyond – including those in both commercial and residential real estate, as well as many AEC industry related clients -- and have developed many trusted relationships with media and key influencers, allowing us to consistently reach and influence our clients’ target audience.

Meet the Team

GARY PIKE, APR

FOUNDER & CHIEF ADVENTURE OFFICER

  • Gary Pike, APR, has over 40 years of experience as a marketing communications specialist producing distinctive programs that show a commitment to quality, innovation, and effectiveness. He founded Pike & Company more than 35 years ago and represents many well-respected clients from the Bay Area and across the country.

    Before starting his own company, Pike served as director of public relations for one of San Francisco’s well-known luxury brands, Victoria’s Secret. Pike developed the national brand image of the high-end and exclusive company, prior to its sale to Limited Brands and adaptation into a mainstream mall brand. Since he began his consulting career, Pike has been instrumental in the success of many well-known companies and assisted in establishing several national and statewide brands and regional clients in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets with a core area focus in real estate industry marketing.

    Gary is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, an associate member of the National Association of Real Estate Editors, CREW, and the Urban Land Institute.

CHRISTINA PHAM ELLIS

PRESIDENT

  • Christina Pham Ellis, president of Pike+Pham PR and Marketing, has 20 years of marketing and public relations experience and now leads the four-decade-old firm into a new era. She took over the reins of the Pike+Pham from founder Gary Pike in 2024, who recognized her potential early on, hiring her as an account coordinator out of college and then pulling her back to the agency as vice president after 13 years in corporate marketing. Since rejoining the firm in 2019, Christina has managed the firm’s day-to-day strategic marketing communications client services, producing impressive results for the firm’s many clients in real estate (residential, commercial, senior housing), architecture, construction, and professional services.

    Christina’s breadth and depth of experience cover multiple marketing channels, ranging from PR, including media relations, to digital, radio, television, and outdoor advertising, to social media campaigns, to sports and entertainment franchise sponsorships, and experiential activations.

    Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing from San Jose State University. She is involved in the Bay Area Chapter of ULI and CREW. A California native, Christina also speaks conversational Vietnamese.

SPENCER MOORE

SENIOR CONSULTANT

  • For three decades, Spencer Moore has directed award-winning public relations and marketing communications programs for noted brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Johnston & Murphy, Williams-Sonoma, Jamba Juice, Duvel, and Trader Vic’s.

    For the past 16 years, Spencer has represented the West Coast’s most active real estate developers and their high-profile residential and commercial projects. He has also worked at the world’s largest PR firms, including FleishmanHillard, Hill & Knowlton, and Edelman, the later in Dallas where he earned his stripes in issues and crisis communications, serving on the firing line for the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

    Spencer’s skills are as varied as his experience: expert writer, savvy media relations pro, accomplished brand strategist, and more.

    Born and raised in Missouri, Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After stops in Dallas and Nashville, he moved to California in 1999.

ANDY ARRANGOIZ

ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

  • Since joining Pike+Pham in 2024, Andy has been an essential point of contact for our clients, vendors, and the media.

    She is a magna cum laude graduate of Wellesley College with degrees in American Studies and Cinema & Media Studies.

    Born and raised in Mexico, Andy learned English in school before moving to Texas when she was thirteen. After graduating high school, Andy took off for college on the East Coast—living and learning in a community of inspiring intellectuals and joining Wellesley’s (nearly 200-year-old) track record of influential women making history.

    Andy’s studies ranged from comparative literature and screenwriting to experimental visual media and the history of American consumerism. During her internships at the Austin Film Festival, Franklin Furnace/MoMa Archive, and Harvard’s Instituto Observatorio Cervantes, Andy learned to effectively perform research, organize schedules, and liaise with professionals in various disciplines.

    Andy has maintained an online art business since she was fifteen. Through her social media platforms, she sells prints and original drawings, fulfills commissions for clients worldwide, and partners with brands to sponsor her artwork. She has collaborated with major companies such as Bic, Crayola, Michaels Arts & Crafts, and Metro by T-Mobile.

    It is her breadth of knowledge and range of interests that allow Andy to bring bold, driven, and creative insight into the workplace.

  • Maggie has been a welcoming, warm, and friendly face in our office for the last ten years. She was saved by Golden Retriever Rescue after being a breeder dog for the first five years of her life. She had a fantastic, fun-filled life, bestowing our office with joy and happiness.

Origins

Gary Pike founded Pike & Company in 1983. With a focus on real estate, professional services (including law firms), and healthcare, the firm consistently produces distinctive public relations and marketing programs that show a commitment to quality, innovation, and effectiveness. Pike & Company's successful representation of its clients has led to a number of them to employ the firm's services for 20 years or more.

In 2007, Christina Pham Ellis joined the team as an assistant account executive, immersing herself into the real estate scene by managing marketing for the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, growing participation by 35 percent over the previous year. A year later, she was hired by T-Mobile, where she orchestrated experiential marketing initiatives and launched new markets throughout the Western U.S. for nearly 13 years. Alas, a passion for account service and a bit of a real estate bug beckoned Pham Ellis back to the agency side, where she returned to Pike & Company in 2020 as vice president. 

In 2023, in honor of her performance and dedication, as well as the agency’s 40th anniversary, Pike & Company became Pike+Pham PR & Marketing, signifying the merging of an impactful past with a bright, forward-thinking future.
